(4) Which lolita style do you like?
- Older sweet is the best ♥ I also enjoy classic despite not wearing it nearly as much.
(5) If you want to add your own definition to the above please do so.

But I was 13 and I obviously couldn't afford anything so this was as close as I could get to it back then.
(27) What's your current hairstyle and color?
- I have a layered bob and my hair is dyed ginger, I'm really fond of it. For some reason no matter what I do my hair always ends up looking longer at the front and shorter at the back even though it's cut to be the other way around hahaha.
(28) How long have you been wearing lolita? What's your story?
- Way back in 2008-2009 I discovered lolita through the french blog platform known as Skyblog. On there I found blogs about fruits and decora and realized clothes I previously thought only existed in flash dressup games and shoujo manga could be worn in real life which totally blew my mind back then. After that I very quickly learned about lolita, I saw images of it and instantly fell in love, I couldn't stop thinking about it. I kept researching everything I could about lolita, spent all my alloted computer time on Livejournal, Hello Lace, and watching lolita videos on YouTube. I would draw the coords I wanted to wear and printed Novala Takemoto poems and GLB pages at school,... I was obsessed, little emo me (as emo as my strict parents allowed) would have done *anything* to wear Angelic Pretty back then. Eventually in 2011 when I was 14 after continuously talking about it I was able to convince my mom to let me order on Bodyline after I spent my summer taking extra classes and successfully passed my math exam. Phew!
(29) Do you have a dedicated area to store your lolita clothes in?
- I keep them separate from my more everyday clothes next to my wardrobe on a rack but I keep them covered to protect them from sun bleaching.
(30) Have you ever thought about leaving lolita? Why?
- When I was 16 because I didn't have any money and couldn't find a part time job in my town. It was so hard to buy things when I always needed my parents consent to buy online and it didn't help that I was in very poor health and felt so lonely because they didn't let me go to meetups the next city over. I was so frustrated I took a break but kept up with all the lolita websites I visited daily because I couldn't stop loving it. It was a painful time in my life _:(´ཀ`」 ∠):_
(31) What is your motto?
- Authenticity to myself above all.
(32) Your dreams of the future?

(33) Are there any celebrities who you think would look great in Lolita?
- Not really? I don't keep up with celebrities at all so I don't even know who's "in" right now lol.
(34) Please tell us about an item that is most memorable to you and the memory attached to it.
- My very first headdress from my first ever Bodyline order, I was waiting for my package to arrive during summer while listening to PonPonPon which had just come out that month. It was white with roses on it, I still have it although it's a little yellowed since it's been 15 years.

(53) What do you do to stay in shape for lolita? What would you recommend?
- I eat when i'm hungry lol that's about it. Lots of bread because I'm european and you can pry it out of my cold dead hands. I get most of my exercise by walking outside and cleaning the house so i'd like to exercise more because it'd be good for my health but i'm such a lazy hamster.
(54) How do you keep calm when out in lolita by yourself?
- I'm in my own world a lot of the time when walking outside so I don't feel uneasy. If my anxiety is bad that day I'm keeping my noise cancelling earbuds on or I blast music that gives me confidence through my headphones.
(55) How much do you spend on clothes/accessories on average per month?
- I try (emphasis on try) to spend sparingly these days because I have bigger goals in life to put my money toward at the moment.
(56) Was there a time lag between learning about lolita and actually trying it out?
- Yes. I was like 12 so it'd have been difficult for me to buy anything especially with strict parents who opposed me. I was able to get scraps here and there, took a break because I got very sick and discouraged, then once I became 18 and had my own money with my own Paypal account I was able to indulge.
(57) What is your most expensive lolita item?
- I think my Mirabel OP? I got it new with tags for retail price. I remember I took extra shifts to afford it, I was pumped (*・ ω ・)
(58) Lolita is really expensive, isn't it? How do you save for it?
- Like everyone else? I guess I save some money by not impulse buying things.
(59) Just between you and me...How much have you spent so far on Lolita, roughly?
- I rather not think about it especially if you count all my magazines waaah…
(60) Is there a store you'd like to see open nearby?
- I wish there was an Innocent World store nearby but then I would spend too much money there so maybe it's for the best lmao.
(61) Again, just between you and me, are there any stores that you think are rip-offs
- Wunderwelt. It used to be good back then but nowadays not so much.
(62) Have you ever shopped for lolita online? If so, give us the pros and cons and some advice.
- I buy almost exclusively online for lolita but I don't really have any advice aside from learn to use a shopping service and do your own research before giving your money to any website or person so you don't get scammed. Pros is that you can get things you couldn't get otherwisee, cons is that shipping has gotten so expensive and that you might have to pay taxes on top of that...

- BTSSB Long OP (Yukari Tamura collab) in white or ivory: it was up for 300 euros on Vinted a few years back and I loved it but I thought it was too expensive. Now I'll never see it for a price that low if it's ever listed again orz
(68) What do you think of people who only wear lolita to concerts?
- If you're busy with work and whatnot a concert is a great place to wear lolita! However people who only wear lolita to anime conventions or for social media...side eye.
(69) What do you think of lolitas who don't wear makeup?
- If you have good skin I think you can pull it off if it's a casual coord.

(71) What's the acceptable age range lolita?

- When you don't feel like it anymore.

(74) What should a lolita be like in your opinion?
- Authentic. True to their own self.
(75) Other than question 73 is there something you don't want to see a lolita do?
- Sitting on the floor outside without something underneath, hanging a shirred JSKs by the straps(!!) and not washing their clothes especially if you're a smoker. Seriously, please wash your clothes and learn how to remove things like pit stains.
(76) What do you think about men in lolita fashion?
- I don't care as long as they don't treat it like a costume and aren't sex pests. I hold them to the same standards as everyone else.
(77) Did you change anything about yourself since you started wearing lolita?
- I try to sit a little straighter when I wear lolita lol.
(78) What do people around you think of you wearing lolita? Are they accepting?
- My family used to be very against it but now it became normal to them. My friends love it but they all wear alternative fashion in a way or another.
(79) How do you wear lolita in the boiling heat of mid summer?
- I don't on very hot days lol. I am very sensitive to heat and the sun so my Baby parasol gets a lot of wear during that time of year.
(80) Did you ever wear lolita to school or to work?
- School yes. Work never.
(81) What do you dress like outside of lolita?
- I mostly wear mori kei and other cute clothes. If I stay at home I'm in my lounging clothes.
(82) Do you ever think twice about buying secondhand?
- All my wardrobe is secondhand so.
(83) Do you have a partner? Are they understanding?
- I have a fiancée and she always thought lolita was very cute on me since we met. She encourages it and praises me when I show her my coords. ( ´ ▿ ` )
(84) Tell us what your ideal partner would be.
- I'm already with her! If you're asking my type then it's a secret~
(85) Is there a lolita who left a big impression on you?
- Josca, a french lolita who has since left the internet and deleted everything ;; She loved lolita so much and she was so passionate about it. It was her whole life like it was mine at the time.
(86) Did you sew any clothes yourself? What are they like?
- Never but I'd like to try someday! I can't sew for shit (shameful) so I want to take on smaller projects first.
(87) Have you ever made your own accessories? What do they look like?
- Very basic things like a headdress (bad) or rings, hairclips,...
(88) What's something you made that turned out really great?
- I sold it since but it was a ring with the head of a Sylvanian bunny (his body was broken so I took it off and made something new with it).
(89) Do you have an ideal lolita coord in mind?
- I keep thinking of coording my Baby Gingham Rumine JSK with my MAM short sleeved blouse, my Baby heart apron, Baby OTKs, Baby wristcuffs, Bodyline RHS, my little flower basket and pink gingham ribbons tied around hair extensions (curly twintails or loop braids). But it's too cold to wear that right now ( ; Д ;)!!!
(90) Is there anybody you admire? What are they like?
- No one comes to mind but I think my friends and mutuals are really cool, they inspire me.
(91) If you went on a date with that person you love, what would you wear and what would they wear?
- Whatever we feel like that day.
(92) If you were to open a store in the future, what kind of store would you like to have?
- I wouldn't want to manage a store, it's a lot of work I'm not qualified for.
(93) Is there a motif that you find yourself drawn to?
- Gingham!! For some reason that's what I spot first even at thrift stores.
(94) If you had a child would you dress them in lolita clothes?
- Maybe Shirley Temple if they were comfortable? A child grows up really fast.
(95) How much would you be willing to spend on one piece of lolita clothing
- I don't know exactly but I feel like anything over 400 is crazy, even that is a lot.
(96) Is there anything not specifically lolita that reads as lolita to you?
- I'm sure there is but I can't seem to recall it right now, might edit later.
(97) Is there any style besides lolita that you would like to try at least once?
- Just once I'd like to try decora, gyaru, and to dress like a Vkei bandoman haha
(98) If you had to describe your own lolita style in one word/phrase, what would it be?
- I'm like if the little woodland animals from the Beatrix Potter books were turned into anime characters somewhere in the mid 2000s lol
(99) What is your ideal of lolita?
- I haven't thought about it, I think someone who does it solely for the love of it and nothing else? The type of person who, if everyone in the world was against them wearing it, would keep going anyway. Even if they were the very last lolita on earth they would hold on their clothes until they died.
(100) Thank you for taking this baton!! Please share your thoughts on it!
- This baton is from 2003 as far as I could trace it so hello from the future! ヾ(≧∇≦) It was fun!
